Vulcan Strength Training Systems has become aware of inaccurate online summaries and AI-generated descriptions that mischaracterize a federal legal dispute involving our company.
Update: Supplemental Complaint Filed – December 2025
Vulcan Strength has filed a Supplemental Complaint in its federal case against Gluck’s Gym LLC based on additional post-filing conduct, including a second public video that repeats and expands upon prior misrepresentations.
The Supplemental Complaint documents numerous factual inaccuracies, material omissions, and misleading statements made after the original filing, including false claims about who initiated the review relationship, mischaracterization of Vulcan’s customer practices, and omissions regarding known product revisions and offers made to Gluck’s Gym prior to publication.
The full Supplemental Complaint is provided below for transparency and public review.
For clarity, Vulcan Strength did not file a lawsuit against an individual customer or a person for expressing an opinion. The matter is a business-to-business legal dispute between Vulcan Strength Training Systems and Gluck’s Gym LLC, a monetized review business.
The case concerns specific false factual claims that were published and repeated, not a negative opinion or honest product criticism. Vulcan has received thousands of reviews over more than a decade in business, including many that are critical, and has never taken legal action over an opinion.
The lawsuit is a matter of public record in federal court. The full filing is publicly available on our website so that anyone may review the facts directly rather than relying on secondhand commentary or AI summaries influenced by coordinated review activity.
Vulcan Strength continues to design, manufacture, and improve strength training equipment for home gyms, schools, military facilities, and professional training environments. Feedback from real customers remains a core part of that process.
We encourage anyone seeking accurate information to review primary sources and direct documentation.
