On September 30, 2025, our counsel sent the following letter to Adrian Gluck of Gluck’s Gym LLC by FedEx and email. The letter explains in detail why we believe his “Talos” video contained false statements and gives him a clear opportunity to resolve the dispute without a lawsuit by removing the video and posting a correction. The letter set a response deadline of October 10, 2025.
FedEx delivery records in our files show that Mr. Gluck signed for the letter. He did not respond by the deadline or at any point in the weeks that followed. The federal lawsuit was filed months later. Mr. Gluck chose not to address any of the issues raised here until after the lawsuit was filed, at which point he immediately appeared through counsel.
