The United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina granted Vulcan’s motion to file a Supplemental Complaint in the case against Adrian Gluck and Gluck’s Gym LLC.

The Supplemental Complaint concerns alleged conduct after the original complaint, including later public statements and activity tied to the dispute.

This update matters because the case is not just about ordinary product criticism. Vulcan’s position is that the case involves false factual statements and later conduct that continued the harm to the company.

This ruling does not decide the final merits of the case. It allows the Supplemental Complaint to become part of the case record.
